Business students embrace the Disney Magic at Disneyland Paris

February 5, 2025 03:46pm

A coach full of Business students from Years 10 & 11 enjoyed a phenomenal immersive learning experience at Disneyland Paris from the 28th January to 31st January 2025.

After surviving the channel crossing (which was not as choppy as expected) after the storms, the group arrived in Disney and explored Disney Village Tuesday night.

The days were action packed, with breakfast starting at 7am.

Breakfast was followed by full days in the magical Disney parks, the students watched shows and spent their euros shopping. Following on from their action packed days, the students remained in the parks to watch the amazing fireworks, the laser and the drone displays which finished of the days’ spectaculars.

The students also attended the Business Student Convention. The convention combined insights into corporate social responsibility, promoting business using traditional means and 3rd party partnerships as well as the growing importance in and the use of digital marketing.  These offered fascinating insights and career guidance from established senior executives which the students showed the ability to apply to concepts we had learned in the classroom. Luke S in Year 10 was even award winning! He impressed the panel for his participation in asking questions - On the impact of the cost of living crisis on businesses such as Disney and Perfumer Floral Street. The CEO and Founder Michelle Feeney of Floral Street joined the high ranking Disney officials to deliver the convention.

The students were a real credit to the school and their families and a great time was had by all!

Mr Rodgers can not wait to take the next wave of Business students in 2027!
